Patrick and crew did an amazing job pinning up our crown molding for our kitchen cabinets, installing can lighting and removing our horrific fluorescent light, patched and matched the ceiling and installed our laundry room door. They were efficient, on time and fairly priced. Highly recommend. They will be here again to install our back deck and several other projects that never seem to end in home ownership!

Patrick and Steve did an absolutely amazing job repairing a ceiling and wall that had water damage and had fallen through into my laundry room as well as fixing a bathroom ceiling and doing a complete retexture. The painting of the rooms came out flawless and the color looks amazing. They were on time everyday, professional, communication was great, the work areas were clean every day and at the end of the project you couldn’t even tell they had been there! I will definitely be using them for any future projects that I need completed!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pat from L & P Restorations for a remodeling job on our spare bathroom, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. I have had the pleasure of using L&P Restoration on two projects in my home. Both times I received exceptional service from their team. They were timely, efficient, reliable and had a great eye for detail. At the end of every day they let me know what work was done and what to expect going forward as well as ensuring the work area was clean and tidy. There were a variety of stumbling blocks that were found during the renovation and Pat and team not only took the extra time to solve the problem, but made sure it was done correctly. They are honest and trustworthy and want to provide their customers with the best product as well as experience. I would recommend them to anyone I know and would definitely use them again for future home projects.

Patrick, Lauren, Chad and Steve were wonderful. We absolutely love our new bathrooms! They ran into so many problems , bad lighting, bad floors, bad plumbing, you name it…and they tackled each obstacle head on, as if it were no problem!
They were prompt every day, gave us a walk through each evening, left everything clean when they finished and were a pleasure to have around.
We couldn’t be happier! We are looking forward to them doing another project for us this spring!

Patrick and crew did an amazing job. Back in December they completed a total bathroom remodel for us )that included adding a laundry room ) and just completed a basement renovation for us this week! We definitely want him to complete a few more projects for us.
Pat makes the entire process (from the estimate to completion)smooth and stress-free. He understood our budget and the need to do our projects in phases. He's detailed and conscientious. All of the crew, Patrick, Lauren, Chad, Steve, and Antonio are excellent- very professional, very nice and very hardworking. Everything is beautiful!
You hear many horror stories about contractors not doing a good job. Not so with L&P restoration! Their attention to detail is amazing. They really treat the job like it's something they are doing for their own homes. We couldn't be happier with the results and I can't recommend this company enough.

Pat recently remodeled our kitchen. He was fantastic to work with in every aspect. We have an old house with its own challenges, as well as some non-standard requests (such as matching the stain on existing cabinets). Pat was happy to work with us every step of the way. His attention to detail was very much appreciated; in some cases he fixed small blemishes before I even brought them to his attention. At the end of every day, the worksite was very clean. He and his team also worked very fast - our whole remodel was done in only 3 weeks! And when we got the final quote, the price was right in line with the discussed budget, despite us having added a few things here and there. Overall, Pat was great to work with and I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking to do any sort of remodel. It's clear he knows his stuff and takes pride in the work he does.
